Dragon fruit comes from Southeast Asia and Ecuador. We grade it by weight and flesh colour for retail, hotels and juice bars.

White Flesh
Mild and refreshing, with crunchy black seeds.
Red Flesh
Deep magenta and sweeter. Very photogenic.
Yellow Skin
Smaller fruit with the sweetest flesh of the three.
How we supply it
Sourcing
We buy dragon fruit directly from packhouses in Vietnam, Thailand, Ecuador and check quality at the source.
Cold chain
Each lot is stored and dispatched at its ideal temperature from our cold stores, with logs kept for every pallet.
Delivery
Our reefer trucks reach trade outlets and retail warehouses in 21 cities overnight.
